What happens if I have a delayed flight? 
You have no worries. We take record of our customer’s flight number and our staff will monitor this and report any delays. And if the delays are serious and result in extending the parking day(s), an additional charge may be levied. 
Where will my car be parked and is it safe? 
Security is our watchword. Your car will be safely parked in one of our compounds which are 24/7 patrolled by our security staffs and covered by CCTV. 
Can I make amendments to the booking? 
You can change your booking until 2 hours before your pre-booked parking.  
How and where will my car be stored? 
Your car will stay in our secure 24-hour patrolled storage location for the duration of your order. It will not be moved until the day you arrive. 
Cancellation process? 
You will need to cancel your booking within 24 hours.  
Is my booking secure? 
Your transaction will be made through worldpay the safest and secure way to make transactions online.  
What is the arrival process? 
Whether it be a meet & greet or park & ride, our friendly staff will have a walkthrough of your car to detail any damage that can be seen and track your fuel and mileage so you know your vehicle stays on our site. 
Are your drivers fully insured? 
Our drivers are professional, courteous and fully insured. With us, your vehicle is secured and in safe hands. 
How will I receive confirmation of my bookings? 
After you’ve made bookings with us, we will request for your email address and contact number. A unique reference number will be mailed to you confirming your bookings. Other information about your parking and directions will also be provided. 
What if I arrive before my arrival or departure time? 
No problem - we are open 24 hours a day.  
How far are Heathrow terminals from the parking location? 
We are the closest short/long term parking facility to Heathrow Airport: 
Terminal 2 & 3 – 3 miles 
Terminal 4 – 3 miles 
Terminal 5 – 2 miles 
How can I change my booking details? 
You can amend your booking within 2 hours of your booking time.  
What if I arrive back early from my trip? 
Not a problem – simply follow the arrival details that will be provided to you with your booking. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund you.
